Cranberry Chicken

It’s always difficult to find a recipe that my kids will eat.  This is my go-to recipe for a quick easy dinner that I KNOW my kids will eat….priceless!

3-4 skinless chicken breasts (I usually cut each in half)

1 packet dry onion soup

1 can whole berry cranberry sauce

8 oz catalina dressing (or generic brand)

Place chicken in a greased 9×13.  Mix the other ingredients together and pour over chicken.  Bake in a preheated oven at 350*F for 1 1/4 hour.  If chicken is cut in half you can usually cook for less time, maybe an hour.

I usually serve with brown rice.
