It has been cold and dreary here in Ohio the last few days. There is nothing that says “winter is almost here” better than a warm and tasty Pot Roast.
Ingredients
- 2 pound roast
- 1 package dry onion soup
- ½ onion
- 3-4 large carrots or 15-20 baby carrots
- 2-3 large Potatoes
- 3 stalks of celery
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1Tbsp Lawry’s Seasoning
- 2 cups of beef stock
