It has been cold and dreary here in Ohio the last few days. There is nothing that says “winter is almost here” better than a warm and tasty Pot Roast.
2 pound roast
1 package dry onion soup
3-4 large carrots or 15-20 baby carrots
2-3 large Potatoes
3 stalks of celery
1 tsp garlic powder
1Tbsp Lawry’s Seasoning
2 cups of beef stock
Cut potatoes, carrots, and celery. Put on bottom of slow cooker. Season roast with garlic and lawry’s seasoning, put roast on top of veggies. Pour dry onion soup and beef broth over roast. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Enjoy!
